What it is for
It places your project at one of six steps and lists the decisions in front of you.
When to use it
Any time from the first idea to handover. Update it when something changes.
What to have to hand
Any paperwork you already have, such as drawings, a quote or a contract. You can answer without it.
Doing it together
You can work through it with a partner or anyone else in your household.
What it does not decide
It does not assess your project, your site or your documents. It sets out the decisions so you can see them.
